The facilities are very comfortable. It includes bath salts for the tub, unfortunately the tub is a bit old-fashioned and does not seal completely so the water leaks and is a bit uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. It has several restaurants inside. The buffet breakfast includes traditional dishes and chili, which is a plus. It does not include parking, but it has an agreement of $5.00 for 24 hours in private parking. The staff is very friendly and smiling.

This Hotel is incredible the way all employee take care of me for everything for inside and up outside. The Hotel is extremely amazing customer service and help for security in the city. I feel excellence for special employee. Restaurant manager from Raices Maria Gracia she detail for more than 15 minutes. The concept for the restaurant and the history about Ecuador congratulation is impressed me a lot.

Gorgeous hotel! Amazing gym and pool! Rooms are huge. The buffet breakfast was really good too. We were sightseeing all day so didn’t get enough gym or pool time….they can also help you arrange a private driver for sightseeing or an excursion. We used this service to get to the equator monument.

Tanto los espacios comunes, que son espectaculares, como las habitaciones en la torre, dan la posibilidad de una muy grata estadía. El spa y la piscina son un excelente complemento para descansar. La comida, en especial la hora del té en el restaurante “Botánico” es una grata sorpresa muy bien diseñado y atendido. Destaco a la señorita Andrea del lobby de la Torre por su amabilidad y predisposición.
